The Philadelphia Adult Probation and Parole Department (APPD) has announced temporary changes to its reporting requirements. As of March 3, 2025, all in-office reporting requirements at 714 Market Street are suspended until further notice.
Individuals on probation or parole supervision must follow updated instructions to remain compliant. For full details on the interim reporting instructions, visit the APPD’s website.
APPD has instructed probation officers to contact those under supervision with alternative reporting instructions. If you have not been contacted, or if your contact information has recently changed, it is crucial to reach out to your assigned probation officer immediately. Failure to stay in communication could result in serious legal consequences.
In-person reporting may still be required only if specifically ordered by a judge or the APPD. Individuals should continue to comply with all supervision requirements. To learn more information, contact (215) 683-1000.

Custody Releases
Individuals paroled to Philadelphia County supervision must report to the Juanita Kidd Stout Center, Room B-01 within 48 hours of release.
Individuals released from custody due to a detainer lift must contact their assigned probation officer within 48 hours of release and await further instruction.
Transfer of Supervision
Individuals sentenced outside Philadelphia County whose supervision is being transferred to Philadelphia County must call (215) 683-1025 and await further instructions.
Electronic Monitored Supervision
Individuals under electronic monitoring must remain at their designated residence unless they have scheduled and received authorization from their probation officer.
Upon release from electronic monitoring, individuals must contact their probation officer to arrange the return of monitoring equipment.
Telephone & Virtual Reporting
Individuals currently reporting by telephone, MonitorConnect, or virtually should continue to do so as previously instructed.
Payments
Payments for fines, costs, restitution, and supervision fees are still accepted at 714 Market Street from 9 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
